Project description
The customer was looking for a means of making more commercial use of the data it was collecting from the studies, opinion polls, and focus groups. The solution was to develop the analytical platform allowing users to broaden the scope of studies’ findings, assess dynamic changes in the collected data, and improve users’ experience while working with the analytics. Our data architects designed the architecture of the analytical subsystem, provided new logical and physical data models, and introduced the ETL (extract-transform-load) process and data marts with a focus on making it easier for end-users to work with data.
the outcome
The customer found new ways of monetizing its data through the release of new products based on new findings about clients’ habits and preferences, their opinion about specific products, and brand strength.
