Project description
The customer was looking to improve the functionality of its retail web platform to allow the end-users (retail businesses) to gather and analyze data about their clients. We have fully reworked the web platform’s engine with almost 0 impact on its availability for the platform users and their clients to introduce new means of gathering and analyzing the clients’ data. In addition to performance tuning of the analytical sub-system and improvement of the data model, we developed new comprehensive and user-friendly data marts boosting access to relevant analytics.

Because of the new unique functionality the competitiveness of the web platform rose. It attracted many new businesses of small and medium scale which were interested in swift and easy access to analytical reports about their clients at affordable prices.
