Project description

The customer’s new marketing strategy implied more efficient work with market segments. The decision was made to use DWH as a means for calculation of such segments. Our team introduced the new aggregates and indicators level with additional calculations and transformation of data and developed new way of operating data through the subsystem of marketing segment forming system in Siebel CRM.

the outcome

Due to the easy-to-end-user single point of access to the complete customer profile the Bank was able to increase efficiency of its marketing campaigns, attract new clients and minimize the IT costs of the Marketing department.
